The Only Thing

Last week, the daughter of Billy Graham, Anne Graham Lotz, lost her husband after nearly 5 decades of marriage.  She had this to say:  “Less than one week ago today, on August 19th, I said good-bye to my husband of almost forty-nine years.  At that moment, the only thing that truly mattered was the decision he made as a five year old boy in vacation Bible school to trust Jesus as his Savior.”  The only thing?  Beyond money, jobs, success, family, or the lack of all of these, the only thing that truly matters in the end is the decision we make about who Jesus is to us in our heart and in our life.  Our prayer for all of you, and for every one of the hurting, lost and lonely people we meet along the way in UBO, is for all to come to a soul-saving, life-giving, hope-filling knowledge of and relationship with Jesus!
