Kathryn has an undergraduate degree in sociology from the University of North Texas as well as a Master’s degree in holistic nutrition from Clayton College of Natural Health. She worked retail for 10 years in bookstores in the area and was responsible for inventory selection in her division of the store and contributed to significant increased sales in that division. Kathryn has a working knowledge of website design and graphic design in print media and has 15 years of experience doing basic graphic design for Kaalco Services, Inc. She is also a published writer who has been writing for 10 years, which she will continue doing in the form of newsletters, website content, and letters to donors.

Michael is a technical advisor for a world leading telecommunications equipment developer and supplier. He has been in the industry for 15 years with experience in engineering and project management. Prior to his current position, Michael has worked for a nation telecommunications provider supporting the verification of enterprise class networks. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas – Dallas.

Bob is a BSChE graduate with additional marketing management courses at Wharton Business School. He worked for 10 years on the “fast-track” at General Electric in sales and marketing management. Bob has started three successful businesses—he sold one business and still owns and manages two. He is a current business owner of a successful 29 year old company.

Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Dallas. He has over thirty years experience in industry, and works as a Project Manager for large software systems deployed worldwide. Personal passions include theology, reading, motorcycling, and other outdoor activities. Dave and his wife, Kathy, have three grown children; and enjoy living and ministering in North Texas.

Rick and Nancy served as church planters in Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts for 17 years before returning to Dallas in 1992 and working in the business world. They have a long interest in seeing the Word of God imact people’s lives. Rick is an ordained graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary. Nancy attended Moody Bible Institute and has a degree in music education from Anna Maria College.

Janine is the US Federal Income Tax Manager for Hewlett-Packard. She has worked in corporate taxation for 25 years and holds a CPA license in the state of Texas since 1996. Janine earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin, and a Masters in Business Administration from Texas State University.
